The Buying Process

ORMS works on a pre-order system which means that you don't pay immediately when placing the order, only when the parcel is ready for shipping.

ORMS reserves the right to change or amend pricing if deemed necessary. Your pre-order does not guarantee the price given. This is due to factors such as pricing from local suppliers being changed due to the Rand/Dollar and Rand/Euro exchange.

1.Firstly you will need to login and fill in your details.

2.Once you have done this you can choose what you want to order by clicking “add to cart”. (You can view your cart at any time by clicking on "Shopping Cart".)

3.When you are finished and ready to place your order click “To Checkout”.

4.Once we receive your order we will go about fulfilling it. As soon as the order is ready you will be notified via email. The email will have a link to your order so you can go straight to the payment page and pay by credit card.

5.Orms delivers countrywide. You can choose shipping to your door, to your nearest Post Office counter, or to collect from our Store in Cape Town. Orms will ship to Major cities within 2 days, other areas can take up to 3 days.
